Cancellation & Refunds

Subscriptions are billed through Google Play

AgView360 subscriptions — Premium for farmers (₹499 every 4 months) and the buyer plan (₹499 every 3 months), both auto-renewing — are purchased and billed by Google Play, which acts as the merchant of record. Google Play’s subscription and refund policies apply to your purchase.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime — open the Google Play app → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → AgView360 → Cancel. The App also links you straight there (Subscription → Manage in Google Play).
When you cancel, auto-renewal stops but your paid access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. You are not charged again after that.

Refunds

Because Google Play processes the payment, refunds are handled under Google Play’s refund policy. Request a refund through Google Play (Order history → the order → Report a problem / Request a refund).
As a rule, subscription fees for a period already started are non-refundable except where required by law or by Google Play’s policy; cancelling stops future charges rather than refunding the current period.

Free period

For the first 30 days after you create a farmer account, Climate Forecasting (weather) is free to use; the App's other services require Premium. After 30 days, continuing to use the App requires a Premium subscription (₹499 every 4 months, billed through Google Play). The free period itself carries no charge, so there is nothing to cancel or refund for it.

Buyer accounts have no free period. A buyer subscription (₹499 every 3 months, billed through Google Play) is required before any buyer feature can be used, including browsing listings. Because nothing is provided free of charge to a buyer, there is no free period to cancel or refund.
